Linen & Towels
At Le Moutique, comfort is very much part of the experience. All of the beds are exceptionally comfortable and are dressed with a comforter, a summer duvet and feather pillows, so you can settle in and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Fresh linen is provided and changed every week for your convenience.
We also provide towels for both the bathroom and the pool, so there’s no need to pack extra. To make relaxing by the pool even easier, each sun lounger has its own towel cover, ready for long, lazy days in the sun.
Toiletries
To help you settle in straight away, we provide a thoughtful selection of toiletries for your stay. You’ll find the essentials waiting for you, including hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, so there’s no need to worry about packing the basics. It’s all part of making your time at Le Moutique as easy and relaxing as possible.
Fine Dining
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying a relaxed evening after a day exploring the Dordogne, you’ll be spoiled for choice. The nearby town of Eymet offers an excellent selection of cafés, bistros and restaurants, from authentic French cuisine and family-run eateries to a fantastic local pizzeria. Venture a little further afield and you’ll discover some of the region’s outstanding Michelin-starred restaurants, making Le Moutique the perfect base for food lovers.
If you prefer to dine at home, Le Moutique has everything you need. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast with fresh pastries from the local bakery or creating a feast using produce from one of the many farmers’ markets. Outside, the barbecue and spacious terrace provide the perfect setting for long, leisurely lunches and relaxed evenings dining under the warm Dordogne sky.
Wine & Vineyards
Le Moutique sits in the heart of the Bergerac and Duras wine regions, where vineyards have shaped the landscape for centuries. Whether you’re a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply enjoy a good bottle with friends, you’ll find countless opportunities to discover the area’s exceptional wines. Many local vineyards welcome visitors for tours and tastings, offering the chance to meet the winemakers, learn about the winemaking process and, of course, sample the fruits of their labour.
The hardest part is deciding which bottles to take home! Fortunately, there’s no need to choose just one. Stock up directly from the vineyards and fill Le Moutique’s 76-bottle wine fridge, ready to enjoy a crisp white on the terrace, a refreshing rosé by the pool or a full-bodied red as the sun sets over the surrounding vineyards. After all, one of the great pleasures of a holiday in this part of France is taking the time to savour the local wines at your own pace.
